The 3eTI 3e-523-3 integrates the 3e-523-F2 module in an IP67 enclosure. Offering the same multi-mode capabilities as the 3e-523-F2, this product contains a multi-mode wireless data point offering 802.11i wireless technology and multiple operating modes including mesh, bridge, Access Point and client modes. This stainless steel IP67 module can be embedded in a third party enclosure, which provides for highly flexible integration into existing equipment to provide a secure wireless data link. It provides for network data security at a level appropriate for use in sensitive applications where data must be secured.

The 3e-523-3 wireless data point enables economical wireless connectivity between various devices supporting Ethernet or serial interfaces. It can perform as a mesh networking node for smaller mesh networks where single-radio operation is acceptable. The 5-volt DC power requirement enables use in battery, solar or vehicle installations.
