Massoud Safavi

Massoud has over a decade of experience in managing technology businesses, with a background in operations and finance. Prior to Massoud’s appointment at EFJ, Inc., he served as president of IO Services, LLC, a strategic management consulting firm based in McLean, Virginia. Prior to IO Services, he served as senior vice president; chief financial officer; EFJ, Inc. board member; and chief operating officer of Transcrypt International. Massoud received a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago; he holds both a CPA and CMA designation.
Olugbenga (Benga) Erinle
Senior Vice President, Special Markets Foreign Military / Army / Navy
As senior vice president for special markets, Benga is responsible for leading a business focused on developing new technologies and solutions for anti-terrorism, force protection, emergency management, defense logistics and condition-based maintenance within the federal sector. He has over 20 years experience in federal program management and systems engineering, including wireless communications and networking engineering. Prior to joining 3eTI, Benga led AEPCO, Inc.'s Navy Networks; he has also managed contracting efforts with the departments of Defense, Homeland Security, Energy and Transportation. Benga holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Maryland; a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Howard University; and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Bowie State University.
Elaine Flud Rodriguez
Senior Vice President and General Counsel
Elaine Flud Rodriguez has served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of the Company since March 17, 2008, and was appointed Secretary on March 19, 2008. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Rodriguez served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of CLST Holdings, Inc. (formerly known as CellStar Corporation) from 1993 until May 18, 2007, when she resigned as an officer of the company in conjunction with the sale of substantially all of the company’s assets. While Ms. Rodriguez resigned from her positions as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of CLST Holdings and terminated her employment agreement, she remained employed by CLST Holdings, Inc. as an at-will employee without an employment agreement until her resignation on August 7, 2007. From October 1991 to August 1993, she was General Counsel and Secretary of Zoecon Corporation, a pesticide manufacturer and distributor owned by Sandoz Ltd. Prior thereto, she was engaged in the private practice of law with Atlas & Hall and Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld. Ms. Rodriguez is licensed to practice law in the states of Texas and Louisiana.
Mike Kelley
Vice President, Encryption Sales
Mike is the vice president of encryption sales. Before joining EFJ, Inc. in February 2002, he served 4-1/2 years as vice president of sales at Riser Bond Instruments. Prior to this, he spent 21 years as an officer of a local snack food company and became chairman of the board of the International Snack Food Association his final year in the industry.
Jenny Christensen
Director of Marketing
As director of marketing for EFJ, Inc’s Secured Communications division, Jenny is responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing, which includes both 3eTI and Transcrypt International. She has more than 25 years experience in client and agency marketing management for the consumer packaged goods industry and business-to-business technology products. Jenny has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Bryant College in Smithfield, Rhode Island, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Keller Graduate School of Management in Chicago, Illinois.
